PM Vidyalaxmi Scheme 2024
PM Vidyalaxmi Scheme 2024 Has Announced by the Prime Minister of Mr. Narendra Modi. This scheme to Provide education to the meritorious students of the India. This scheme has been started on Wednesday November 6 2024. Under This Program to Education loans of Rs. 10 Lakhs will be given to eligible students taking admission in higher education Institutes. This scheme to will Benifit in 22 Lakhs students in the India by the Central government.
The Central government of India will provide a 75% credit gurantee for loan amount up to Rs. 7.5 lakhs to helping Bank expand their coverage and Support for Youths. This Program will Provide 3% Intrest on loans up to Rs.10 Lakhs for those students who yearly family income is upto Rs. 8 Lakhs. This Scheme is addition to the existing full intrest subvention available to student with yearly family income up to Rs.4.5 Lakhs.

The Budget of PM Vidyalaxmi Scheme has been estimated to around 3600 crores in order to benifit student who wants to pursue higher education.
PM Vidyalaxmi Scheme Objective
PM Vidyalaxmi Scheme Main goal is to provide financial assistance to meritorious students of the India. Under this scheme student will be given education loans complete their higher education without any financial constraints. This Program is Purpose to cover around 22 lakhs youth yearly.

HEls that place of top 100 overall category specific and domain specific ranking state government HEls that place 101-200 in the NIRF and all institution under central government of control will be eligible for the scheme.
Loan Amount And Intrest Subvention
The Youth Whose Yearly family income is up to Rs. 8 Lakh will be provided with the 3% intrest subvention on the Loan of Rs.10 Lakh. In Addition the student whose yearly family income is 4.5 Lakh will be given the full intrest subvention under this program. The Loan amount up to 7.5 Lakhs will be provided a 75% credit guarantee by the government of India.
